The APESB has issued an exposure draft for a revised standard  APES 320 Quality Control for Firms (http://www.apesb.org.au/index.php).  It incorporates changes made to ISQC1 (at the international level) in December 2008, and upon which this standard is based. For all members in public practice, this standard is of vital importance to your firm.  You may have some views on the proposed changes.  If so, you can forward your comments to auditandassurance@cpaaustralia.com.au by Monday 6 April.  The three professional accounting bodies will be preparing a joint submission.
