IAASB Annual Report 2009
The International Auditing and Assurance Standard Board (IAASB) has issued its 2009 Annual Report. In its press release, the IAASB notes that "The report highlights the completion of the landmark Clarity Project surrounding the IAASB's International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), the development of adoption and implementation resources for the ISAs, and the launch of innovative new projects to address emerging issues." The report also discusses some of the projects and areas of interest that the IAASB aims to examine in coming years; it has sought views from interested parties on matters of interest to inform its work program for 2012-2014 via an online questionnaire.
