Highlights of latest AUASB Meeting
Highlights of the latest AUASB meeting are now available. This meeting discussed several pronouncements that are due to be released as exposure drafts or new guidance statements in the next month or so. These include a proposed new standard on assurance reports on controls at a service organisation, a proposed new standard to address the reviews of companies limited by guarantee as a result of proposed changes to the Corporations Act and a new guidance statement on bank confirmation requests.
