Highlights from July Board meeting
The AUASB has issued the highlights of its July Board meeting. At the meeting the Board discussed revisions to AGS 1040 Franchising Code of Conduct, the Future of Audit Research Report and other projects relating to Fundraisings, Comfort Letters and Agreed-upon Procedures. The Board also heard a presentation from the Chairman of the AASB on the Reduced Disclosure Regime (RDR) for Tier 2 Entities.
